Daniel W. “Danny” Fisher, 62 of Topeka, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2015. He was born July 12, 1953 in Topeka, the son of Johnny and Judith (Mitchell) Fisher.

Danny was raised in Topeka, attended Topeka schools and graduated from Highland Park High School in 1971. He worked for and retired from KPL as part of their fuel crew at the Techumseh plant.

Danny married Debbie Hinkle in San Diego, CA. She preceded him in death in 2012. He is survived by his children, Taylor and Evy Fisher.

Danny enjoyed camping and boating with his family and friends and watching KU basketball.

Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 29th at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, 4020 SW 6th Ave. in Topeka. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Daniel W. Fisher Memorial Fund at any CoreFirst Bank and Trust location.
