January 6, 1953 – January 9, 2025

Linda Sue Price, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2025, in Topeka, Kansas, at the age of 72.  She was born on January 6, 1953 in Wichita, KS to Marvin Lee and Loretta Allene (Denney) Price. Linda and her father, Marvin shared the January 6 birthday.   Linda graduated from Highland Park High School in 1971 and earned her bachelor’s degree from Washburn University in 1997. Throughout her life, she was deeply devoted to her family, friends, and community.

Linda was a woman of warmth, quiet strength, and endless compassion. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her loved ones, especially her son Christopher Davis (Lauren Rehm) and granddaughter Mackenzie, who were the light of her life. Linda also treasured the bond she shared with her sisters Karen Stewart, Barbara (Ken) Jung and Patti Price, all of Topeka.

 Linda was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Clifford Price and Claude Allen (Al) Price.  Linda lives on in the hearts of her family, including her many nieces, nephews and all who knew her.

Linda had a love for life’s simple pleasures, cherishing moments spent with family and friends. Her laughter and kind spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

A celebration of Linda’s life will be held on January 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Rock Creek Bible Church in Meriden, Kansas.  To leave a message for the family please visit angelsabovecs.com
